OVERVIEW
In general, our online customers have the option to change their mind about a purchase prior to or at time of order pickup and can be refunded with:
- Bohème store credit on item(s) in “New” or “Used” condition
- 100% refund with no fees
- valid for one year to use at our physical store in downtown Davis
- Money being returned to the card or account paid with for item(s) in “New” condition only
- a $2.50 restocking fee per item returned applies.

PRODUCT ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt at time of pickup and notify a staff member if there’s a problem with an item or if you received an incorrect item so that we may evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:
- “New” condition items that have had packaging or fasteners/attachments removed (such as socks, jewelry, miscellaneous accessories, undergarments, etc.)
- Perishable goods (such as plants, etc.)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Gift cards.
Be sure to keep the above limitations in mind once you pick up your order, and ask a staff member at time of pickup if you have questions or concerns about specific item(s).
REFUNDS
Our online customers may decline to accept an item(s) purchased:
- prior to picking up an order at our physical store location by submitting a request through our online support form found at https://shop.bohemethreads.com/contact-us, and/or
- at time of picking up an order at our physical store location. In this case, customer can choose not to accept any or all items from an online purchase when picking it up at our store. Customer may request the return of item(s) to a staff member that assists you with your order pickup. Proof of purchase is necessary to request a return while visiting our physical store.

Money Back Options & Limitations: Customer has the option of a monetary refund on items assigned as “New” condition only*, with a Restocking Fee of $2.50 per item applied and deducted from the net purchase price. If customer makes a request for a monetary refund that fits the required criteria and is approved prior to or at time of order pickup, a refund will be applied to the original payment method*. Please remember it can take some time for banks and credit card companies to process and post the refund. There are no cash refunds.
* There are no monetary refunds on “Used” condition items (see Store Credit Options & Limitations below). Items returned that were paid with a Bohème gift card will be refunded in store credit.
Store Credit Options & Limitations: Customer can choose to receive a 100% refund of the net purchase price of any item (New or Used condition) in Bohème store credit when declining to accept an item(s) prior to or at time of order pickup. There are no fees or penalties associated with items refunded in Bohème store credit**.
** Bohème store credit can only be used for in-store purchases and not future online orders. Store credit is not an online store payment option.
EXCHANGES
To ensure receiving the item desired, customer may request a return of the purchased (unwanted) item prior to or at order pickup and purchase the desired item by placing a new order.
